The Department of Economic Development Business and Community Services Division
and the Missouri Community Service Commission (MCSC) help support community-based
organizations, non-profits and volunteer organizations with a number of finance
incentive programs that assist with:

The Commission connects Missourians of all ages and backgrounds to improve unmet
community needs. The MCSC serves as the state administrator for AmeriCorps funding
by awarding grants and providing assistance.
